I have several years of specialized experience creating and implementing successful transactions from start to finish for both residential and commercial real estate companies with an emphasis on accounting, customer service, contracts, office management, and sales. My experience, education, references, and affiliations (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate) speak to the quality of my background; but, what makes me an ideal real estate specialist is my passion for the Houston, Galveston, Gulf Coast market areas, where I have lived since 1998. Transaction history includes closings for coastal living, high rise views, suburban pools and backyards, bayside with boat docks, and home on the range spreads. The Houston Real Estate market can be complex….. which is what makes it exciting! Now, international real estate marketing/sales can be added to my working spectrum with residential listings in Panama.
